This is a very rare error, however, if your payment was declined, please check the expiration date of your card, or if you have another card please try using it too. If that does not help, contact your bank or credit card company to fix the issue. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay.

If you have already purchased a subscription, you can access the Sensa app by downloading it directly from the Apple or Google Play Store.

  2. Enter the email address you used while registering and your password

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can manage it from the “Manage Subscription” page on our website. You can also drop an email to [email protected].

We are committed to quality service and products, but if the product you received was faulty or did not meet the description, we will offer you a refund. In such cases, please contact our customer support via email - [email protected]. within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information regarding the issue. Please be ready to provide some form of visual proof.

Forgot your password? That’s ok. Access the app from your phone, in the Login, hit the link “Forgot password?”, enter your email with which you have registered and we will send you an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions from there.

Sensa is a mobile application developed together with behavioural psychologists, however, it is up to each individual to follow the guidelines thoroughly in order to achieve best possible results.
